Fresh Shellfish And Langoustines

We can supply mussels and oysters, farmed locally by our friend Iain McKinnon. Our scallops are a special treat; they are landed daily and then carefully shelled and cleaned. WE NEVER pump them up with water and chemicals hence when cooked our scallops do not shrink by half.
We can send lobster, prawns and crabs to you but only in a cooked state as we think it is cruel to send them live.
