Our peat smoked salmon is made from only the finest Scottish salmon. It is dry salted, then smoked for three days over peat and oakwood. The taste and texture are superb!
We supply many top hotels and restaurants as their chefs consider this product to be the best.
We also produce a delicious hot smoked salmon which is roasted during the smoking process, providing our customers with a succulent, beautifully flavoured product.
